Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales Planning & Management

  • Set annual sales targets and develop sales forecasts for assigned customer accounts, alongside seeking out new business opportunities with potential clients.
  • Utilize digital marketing strategies to expand sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales documentation, including price proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Monitor and generate regular sales reports, as well as other relevant reports for management.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to gather essential information such as market trends for their products, production plans, and monthly order requirements.
  • Monitor client inventory levels to ensure optimal stock and prevent production shortages.
  • Coordinate, support, and provide optimized solutions to customers.

Internal Coordination & Data Management

  • Collaborate closely with various internal departments, including Raw Material Procurement, Customer Service, and Production, to ensure seamless operations, accurate product delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with Raw Material Procurement and Customer Service to provide accurate data for timely raw material ordering and product manufacturing.
  • Oversee and verify sales data entry performed by Junior Officers, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer needs.

Work Location: Happitat, The Hilltop Offices, Bang Phli, Samut Prakan

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM

Salary: 23,000 - 30,000 THB/Month (Based on your qualifications and relevant experience)

Qualifications:

• A minimum 0-3 years experience in marketing and/or sales.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Marketing & Sales, International Business Management, Business Administration, or related fields, with GPA. 2.70 up

• Fluent in English (required TOEIC at least 600), Chinese will be an advantage.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong strategic thinking skills and analytical mindset.

• Ability to perform well under pressure and with defined sales target and milestones.

• Knowledge of Digital Marketing. Proficient in E-Commerce & Social Media Platform

• Able to work upcountry sometimes.
