Responsibilities:
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts in the HORECA channel.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored product solutions to boost customer satisfaction and sales.
- Develop and execute sales plans and promotional activities to meet revenue targets in the HORECA sector.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient order management, delivery, and stock availability.
- Track sales performance and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Gather customer feedback and competitor insights to support strategic planning and product development.
- Conduct product demos, tastings, and training sessions to promote product adoption.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for HORECA clients.
- Oversee account health, including invoicing, payment tracking, and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the Modern trade, HORECA, B2B or CVS.
- Strong knowledge of the hotel, restaurant, and catering business landscape.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Strong analytical mindset for sales data and market trend analysis.
- Proactive, adaptable, and goal-oriented in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
