Job Description

We're hiring: Key Account Officer – TVC Channel

Location: Bangkok (Rama 3), Thailand (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with TVC platforms (e.g., TV5, Nation TV, TV9, My Choice) as a key partner contact
  • Negotiate airtime, product slots, and campaign support to maximize sales and exposure
  • Act as an Account Executive (AE) to manage communications, relationship-building, and performance follow-up with TV channel partners
  • Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure product availability, pricing readiness, and promotion alignment
  • Coordinate with brand and marketing teams to ensure campaign timing, positioning, and visuals are TVCappropriate
  • Review marketing campaigns, special deals, and bundle offers with Commercial Manager and partner platforms
  • Analyze product performance, track sales revenue from TVC channel, and identify improvement opportunities
  • Support commercial planning and track basic P&L of products sold via TVC, including margin review, cost alignment, and promo ROI
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales updates with actionable insights to internal stakeholders
  • Monitor competitor activities and channel dynamics to stay ahead of market trends in TV shopping

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields •
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in key account management, sales, or channel marketing—preferably with experience in TVC, online commerce, or FMCG
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with high confidence in dealing with partners and vendors
  • Understanding of marketing campaigns, pricing, and promotion mechanisms in a sales-driven environment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with merchandising, brand, and marketing teams
  • Analytical mindset and basic understanding of P&L, gross margin, and ROI
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
  • Energetic, commercial-minded, and proactive in driving results
