Job Description

Key Responsibility:

1) Category Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute HBA strategies that accelerate online growth, strengthen customer perception, and elevate brand presence on Lotus's App, marketplaces and others.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitive landscape, and platform data to identify growth opportunities and assortment gaps.
  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, and UX/UI to deliver a seamless and relevant online shopping experience.

2) Assortment, Navigation & E2E Experience

  • Curate and structure the HBA assortment to enhance product discovery and navigation, ensuring customers easily find relevant, new, and exclusive items.
  • Improve the end-to-end online experience through better content quality, search relevance, attribute mapping, filtering, ranking, and product grouping to increase engagement and conversion.

3) Online Promotion & Campaign Planning

  • Plan and execute online-driven HBA campaigns to boost visibility and conversion.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and media teams to drive traffic and amplify new/exclusive items through in-app exposure and audience targeting.

4) Vendor & Supplier Management

  • Manage and strengthen partnerships with key HBA brands across Beauty, Personal Care, Hair, Oral Care, Wellness, and Hygiene.
  • Negotiate commercial terms (JBP, trade support, exclusives, campaign funding) to maximize category profitability.
  • Review supplier performance regularly and drive alignment to online/O2O growth objectives.

5) Online Performance Monitoring & Insights

  • Track sales, conversion funnel metrics, stock health, supply readiness, and online visibility
  • Evaluate competitiveness vs market and propose corrective actions to close gaps.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations to accelerate category performance.

6) Cross-functional Collaboration (O2O Alignment)

  • Work closely with cross-functional teamsincluding Offline Merchandising, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance, and Platformto deliver a seamless omni-channel experience, with Lotus's own online channels as the core engine to serve customers end-to-end.
  • Act as the key connector between offline and online teams to ensure alignment on assortment, pricing, promotions, and vendor strategyenabling a consistent, frictionless customer journey across O2O and omni touchpoints.

Qualifications:

  • Strong category management and commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales growth, margin, and competitiveness in Health & Beauty.
  • Solid experience in online and O2O category management, with clear understanding of omni-channel dynamics.
  • Deep understanding of customer journey, navigation, product discovery, and conversion optimization on e-commerce platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales performance, CVR, traffic, search data, EMI, and NPD insights to identify opportunities.
  • Strong capability in assortment planning, pricing strategy, and SKU optimization for online channels.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute online campaigns and promotions to drive visibility, traffic, and conversion.
  • Effective vendor and brand management skills, including negotiation of JBPs, rebates, trade support, and campaign funding.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to align Marketing, Media, UX/UI, Supply Chain, Finance, Platform, and Offline teams.
  • Hands-on execution mindset with strong ownership, prioritization, and sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior management.
