Achieve or exceed target levels of sales in terms of volume, value and profit.
Lead development and execution of customer marketing plans that deliver on channel, profit/volume plan, market share goals and meet customer objectives.
Leading customer governance process; top-to-top, joint business planning and business review.
Creating program through the translation of strategic plans into sales strategies to achieve sales plan, product mix and profit objectives.
Manage spending within given budget.
Manage and control in-store execution to achieve the trade standards.
Develop and gain agreement for and implement sales plan by key account customers.
Manage the development of customer business strategy and annual plan to be in line with the company's objective and channel strategy.
Develop and manage trading term for negotiation with customers to be in line with company strategy and within assigned budget.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in FMCG, with a minimum of 3 years managing Modern Trade accounts, preferably 7-Eleven, Supermarket, or Hypermarket channels.
Proven experience in Key Account Management, Joint Business Planning (JBP), Trade Promotion, and customer negotiation.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in sales planning, forecasting, P&L, and budget management.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business opportunities and actionable plans.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Proven people management experience with the ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.
Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
