Take full responsibility to build, maintain and strengthen relationship with top-tier affiliate partners within the assigned category portfolio to drive long-term business growth
Manage day-to-day communication with affiliate partners, proactively resolving business issues and inquires in a timely and professional manner
Develop and execute marketing incentives, promotional campaigns and partnership initiatives to improve partners performance and overall campaign performance
Monitor partners performance through regular data analysis, reporting and performance tracking; provide actionable insights and constructive feedback
Collaborate closely with regional and cross functional teams on business projects/ initiatives while maintaining strong attention to detail, effective prioritization and high-quality standard
Job Requirements:
2+ years of experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, business development, or account management—preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing
Strong understanding of the affiliate program and hands-on experience managing end-to-end content creator/ influencer
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating internal and external teams
Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking stream performance, analyzing results, and generating actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English
