Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to drive strategic B2B partnerships across the APAC market for a global textiles manufacturing company. The role combines end-to-end account management with business development strategy, focusing on private-label product solutions and cross-border market execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end client journey-from onboarding to ongoing relationship management-ensuring timely delivery of private-label products tailored to client specifications
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for a new client and through existing client networks, referrals, and market insights.
  • Support commercial strategy development by providing market feedback, customer insights, and competitive intelligence.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop tailored proposals and business cases for new accounts and expansion opportunities.
  • Lead new client onboarding processes, including documentation, audits, and compliance with regulatory standards across international markets
  • Manage sampling and product development phases, coordinating feedback loops and pricing discussions to align with client expectations and commercial targets
  • Provide technical product information, oversee test benchmarking, and ensure all specifications meet required quality standards for market entry
  • Coordinate production timelines, quality control audits, and delivery schedules to meet key client milestones with full documentation and reporting
  • Oversee global logistics, including export/import compliance, freight arrangements, in-market delivery, and point-of-sale or promotional material coordination
  • Handle invoicing, accounts payable, and customs-related matters, ensuring all international transactions meet regulatory requirements
  • Maintain regular client communication cycles, drive continuous improvement through structured debriefs, and identify opportunities for cross-selling and new business development

Qualifications

  • 5+ year's experience in client relationship and/or client project management roles
  • Excellent English communication both verbal and written.
  • Project management experience in either product development, regulatory, manufacturing or logistics is a benefit
  • Sales experience, having led or run client pitches or presentations and a track record of being able to develop, retain and deepen client relationships
  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications
