Reporting to the Head of Modern Trade, you will be responsible for developing customer business plan and manage trading terms and sales operation planning to achieve company sales target.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing customer business plans and manage trading terms and sales operation planning to achieve company sales target and sales operation planning through key account customers
- Achieve or exceed target levels of sales in terms of volume, value, and profit
- Manage spending within a given budget
- Manage & control in-store execution to achieve the trade standards
- Develop and gain agreement for and implement sales plan by key account customers
- Manage the development of Customer Business Strategy and Annual Plan to be in line with the company's objective and channel strategy
- Develop and manage the trading term for negotiation with customers (to be in line with company strategy and within assigned budget)
- Manage the sales of identified brands/products from within the range offered by the company to designed Key Account Customers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 3-5 years of key account management experience within the Food or FMCG industry
- Preferably 5 years experience as a Key Account Manager in handling Big C account
- Alternatively, 5 years experience as a Key Account Manager managing other accounts e.g. Tops, The Mall but with at least 1-2 years in handling Big C
- Key Account Executives with experience handling big accounts e.g. Lotus's and Makro who are ready to step up to a Key Account Manager role will be considered
- Equipped with knowledge and skills in data management and analysis
- Preferably MNC background with strong systems and processes in place
- Strong customer relationship management skill and good connections with regional operations office
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
