This partnership focuses on bringing authentic Korean flavors to the Thai market. The initiative is expected to enhance brand awareness and drive consumer engagement in the Korean food segment, leveraging CJ's advanced technologies and innovations in food production.
Role Description
Manage relationships with key customers including food manufacturers, bakery chains, and food processors
Provide product solutions and technical recommendations that match customer requirements
Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales with B2B clients
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand
Coordinate with internal departments such as Supply Chain, Logistics, QA, and R&D to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Support customers with product specifications, documentation, and technical information
Qualifications
approximately 7 years of experience of experience preference will be given to candidates who have handled key accounts such as Retails, Wholesale.
Strong knowledge of food manufacturing or food service industry
Proven track record in industrial sales or ingredient sales
Good command of spoken and written English (not mandatory for this role)
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Self-motivated with strong business development mindset
