Role Overview

They are looking for a commercially driven and analytically strong E-Commerce Key Account Manager to accelerate growth across key online platforms.

This role will act as the commercial owner of assigned platforms, balancing revenue growth, profitability, and brand positioning. The ideal candidate combines strong data analysis capability, structured planning skills, and a proactive commercial mindset to drive sustainable and scalable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial & P&L Ownership

  • Own revenue and profitability targets across assigned e-commerce platforms
  • Drive GMV, AOV, traffic, and conversion growth while protecting brand equity
  • Optimize pricing, promotion mechanics, and margin performance
  • Lead commercial negotiations and joint business planning with platform partners

Data Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on sales, traffic, and campaign performance
  • Translate data insights into actionable growth strategies
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitor landscape

Strategic Planning & Forecasting

  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans
  • Lead demand forecasting in collaboration with Business Planning and Supply Chain
  • Conduct scenario planning to mitigate risks and capture growth opportunities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align closely with Marketing and Performance teams to ensure integrated campaign execution
  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure stock readiness and fulfillment efficiency
  • Build strong, long-term partnerships with platform stakeholders

Candidate Profile

  • 35 years of experience in E-Commerce, Key Account Management, or Commercial roles within FMCG, Beauty, or Consumer Goods
  • Strong analytical skills with experience handling large data sets and performance dashboards
  • Solid experience in sales planning, forecasting, and joint business planning
  • Highly commercial mindset with strong ownership of revenue and margin
  • Structured thinker with strong execution capability
  • Fluent in Thai and English
