About the Company

Our Partner is a fast-growing digital commerce solutions provider, specializing in helping brands accelerate their growth across online channels. The company partners with leading local and international brands to strengthen their presence and performance on major e-commerce platforms.

Summary

They are seeking a proactive and client-focused Key Account Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key brand partners, driving their online business performance, and acting as a strategic advisor across major e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for key brand clients, managing end-to-end e-commerce operations and performance
  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive GMV, traffic, conversion, and overall online growth for clients
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, content, and logistics) to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Plan and manage promotional campaigns, platform activations, and sales events (e.g., double-day campaigns)
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to clients
  • Optimize product assortment, pricing, and visibility across e-commerce platforms
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for business expansion
  • Ensure service excellence and client satisfaction across all touchpoints

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 35+ years of experience in e-commerce, key account management, or digital/online sales
  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, or similar
  • Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate into strategy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an e-commerce enabler, digital agency, or marketplace management role
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end e-commerce operations (content, campaign, fulfillment)
  • Commercial mindset with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
