- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with segment and marketing strategies to achieve financial targets, including contribution margin and sales volume.
- Drive new business development by identifying and converting new customers and opportunities to ensure sustainable growth.
- Manage sales forecasting and financial performance, including account receivables, credit limits, and timely AR collection.
- Gather and analyse market intelligence, including industry trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to support regional growth in Asia.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and regionally, especially with teams in Japan and China, to support business transfers and align strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and high customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams to optimise execution, share insights, and drive overall business performance.
- Education background in Polymer Engineering, Plastics Processing, Chemistry or any related fields.
- Experience over 5-10 years of commercial experience in engineering and commodity plastics including PP, PE, ABS, PA6, PA, PBT, and PET with the ability to translate technical features into customer value.
- Strong technical and commercial background, combining hands-on knowledge with sales and business development experience across Thailand and Southeast Asia.
- Proven expertise in manufacturing processes such as injection molding, film extrusion and plastics processing including troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal), Mandarin Chinese as a strong plus.
- Effective communication across regional stakeholders.
