Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Key Account Manager, based in Bangkok. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, identifying their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include developing and executing business plans, analyzing client data, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth through effective account management and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Account Management and Key Accounts to maintain and grow client relationships
• Expertise in Business Planning and Analytical Skills for strategic initiatives and data-driven decision-making
• Exceptional Customer Service abilities to address client needs effectively and professionally
• Proven experience in building and maintaining long-term partnerships with key stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Nutrition, or related field.
• Prior experience in the animal feed or agriculture industry is a must
