Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop strategic business plans and commercial initiatives aligned with customer needs and company objectives
Conduct business reviews with key accounts and monitor performance against agreed KPIs
Deliver sales volume, value and sustainable growth targets
Identify new opportunities to expand business within priority channels and categories
Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with buyers and customer stakeholders
Manage conflicts or business issues proactively while working under high pressure effectively
Plan and control trade spending effectively with clear ROI optimization
Ensure profitable execution of promotions and commercial programs
Leverage customer insights to create new initiatives, assortment strategies and channel expansion
Strengthen presence of our brands across key CVS/MT outlets
Conduct accurate forecasting and demand planning in alignment with cross-functional teams
Analyze sales performance, market trends and consumer behavior to define winning strategies
Lead execution excellence with internal teams to achieve operational and commercial objectives
Take ownership and act with a strong sense of urgency and accountability

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in Key Account Management or Modern Trade Sales (preferably with CVS channels such as 7-Eleven / CP All)
Strong commercial acumen with experience in data-driven decision making
Advanced Excel and analytical skills; able to perform sales forecasting and conduct in-depth number analysis
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management capabilities
Demonstrated leadership, agility, and ability to resolve issues swiftly under pressure
Candidates with strong working relationships with 7-Eleven Buyers will be highly valued
