We are partnering with a leading international food manufacturing business to look for a senior International Key Account Manager to lead strategic OEM partnerships across global markets.
About the Role
This role will manage one of the company's largest global accounts across multiple regions including Thailand, US, and Europe. The position is highly relationship-driven and commercially strategic, requiring someone experienced in navigating complex multinational stakeholder environments and long-term OEM partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow strategic OEM key accounts across international markets
- Build strong senior-level relationships with global FMCG customers
- Drive commercial growth, account expansion, and long-term partnerships
- Lead OEM project coordination across cross-functional teams including R&D, Operations, QA, and Supply Chain
- Manage customer visits, business reviews, and manufacturing site engagements
- Identify new business opportunities and category expansion initiatives
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and project execution
- Manage and coach a small international KAM team
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in International Sales / Key Account Management within OEM, FMCG, Food Manufacturing, or related industries
- Strong experience managing multinational or regional accounts
- Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building capability
- Experience handling complex OEM/customer projects
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
- Senior-level maturity and executive presence preferred
