Client is international fragrance house supplying fragrances to FMCG, personal care and home care manufacturers (B2B-focused).
Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow key accounts by building strong relationships with brand owners and manufacturers.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing, and contracts while coordinating with internal technical and creative teams.
- Identify new business opportunities, monitor market trends, and support customers from brief to product launch.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in key account management or B2B sales within fragrance, flavors, FMCG ingredients, or related industries.
- Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).
- Able to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
