Candidate Profile

• Preferably candidates with experience in the same industry.

• Open to candidates from other industries with strong sales experience and a positive attitude.

• Candidates from dealer accounts and the telecommunications (telco) industry are also welcome, as these backgrounds offer relevant transferable skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively grow assigned accounts through consultative sales and solution development.

• Understand customer challenges and provide tailored imaging solutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets.

• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify upselling and account expansion opportunities.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product innovations.

• Prepare regular reports on account performance and market insights.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in imaging solutions or enterprise IT services.

• Strong understanding of the large enterprise segment and its business needs.

• Proven track record in building long-term client relationships and achieving sales targets.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.

• Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
