We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to drive sales and manage distribution channels for our medical devices and diagnostic solutions. The role involves building strong relationships with distributors, healthcare professionals, and institutional clients, ensuring product availability, compliance, and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Market Development
- Promote and sell medical devices and diagnostic products to hospitals, clinics, labs, and healthcare providers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base in assigned territory.
- Achieve sales targets through effective territory planning and execution.
Distribution Channel Management
- Appoint, onboard, and manage distributors and channel partners.
- Monitor distributor performance, inventory levels, and order fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards across distribution operations.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and clinical discussions.
- Build long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), procurement teams, and healthcare professionals.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and service issues promptly.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, territory performance reports, and distributor scorecards.
- Collaborate with marketing and regulatory teams for product launches and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field.
- 3-10 years of experience in medical device or diagnostics sales.
- Strong understanding of healthcare distribution models and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent command of English both written and spoken
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Thai nationality

Note: This position is a one-year contractual role with the opportunity to convert to permanent.
