Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance existing B2B accounts, including food service providers, hospitality groups, and corporate clients. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to optimize collaboration and ensure account growth. Develop and implement strategic account plans aimed at increasing revenue and forming long-term partnerships. Conduct regular business reviews to assess sales performance and identify potential expansion areas. Negotiate pricing, commercial agreements, contracts, and service terms with clients to secure favorable outcomes. Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities within the Singapore market through networking, referrals, and proactive sales initiatives. Expand distribution channels and enhance market presence through strategic collaborations. Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate product launches and customer onboarding processes. Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets and KPIs. Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and account performance summaries for management. Monitor customer demand and inventory trends to guarantee effective supply and service delivery. Work together with supply chain, operations, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or business development. Strong knowledge of the Singapore B2B landscape and distribution channels. Proven experience managing corporate accounts and driving business growth. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Results-driven with strong commercial insight and relationship-building capabilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred: Experience with HORECA clients or industrial accounts. Established network within Singapore's FMCG, food service, or commercial distribution sectors is an advantage. Experience in contract negotiation and managing commercial partnerships.
