Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management & Engagement
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Engage with potential clients by presenting customized privilege and marketing solutions to meet their needs.
- Coordinate closely with internal operations teams to guarantee smooth execution of client initiatives.
Business Development & Opportunity Creation
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client portfolio and revenue streams.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to uncover areas for strategic growth.
Sales & Revenue Management
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets in alignment with overall company goals.
- Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue while maintaining margin expectations.
Market Analysis & Strategic Planning
- Forecast market movements, track competitor activity, and gather customer insights to guide decision-making.
- Evaluate market and client data to continuously refine sales approaches and marketing tactics.
Financial Oversight
- Manage the profit and loss (P&L) performance of assigned accounts, ensuring cost-efficiency and adherence to pricing models.
- Formulate and execute pricing strategies to balance competitiveness with profitability.
Team Leadership
- Lead and support a team of marketing professionals to meet and exceed both individual and collective sales goals.
- Encourage a results-driven and collaborative team culture.
Client Engagement & Representation
- Conduct regular client visits to strengthen partnerships and maintain trust.
- Represent the company at industry functions and networking events to enhance brand visibility and foster new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in luxury services, hospitality (HoReCa), media, or event sectors.
- Experience in customer insight analysis, CRM, and loyalty program management is an advantage.
- Strong command of English with excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Solid background in planning, budgeting, scheduling, and multi-team project coordination across marketing functions.
- Demonstrated consultative sales ability, with a knack for tailoring solutions to meet client-specific needs.
- Proven experience managing P&L and crafting strategic pricing models.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change.
