Job Description

Position: Key Account Manager (Retail Operation)

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to lead retail operations, manage mall stores, and drive sales performance. You will analyze data, grow key accounts, and guide field teams to deliver strong results.

Job Summary

  • Strong experience in Sales or Account Management.
  • Background in Retail Product Consultant (PC) or working in electronics retail stores.
  • Experience managing mall stores or retail shops.
  • Ability to manage sales performance, targets, and sales analysis.
  • Strong skills in Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Sales Management

  • Monitor sales performance for assigned key accounts and develop action plans.
  • Analyze store, account, and product data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales results.

2. Retail Operations & Account Management

  • Oversee daily operations across mall stores and retail shops.
  • Support Area Supervisors, Promoters, and field teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Build strong working relationships with retail partners, store managers, and PICs.
  • Resolve issues quickly and ensure high-quality store execution.
  • Participate in trade activities and promotional events to support business growth.

3. Market & Competitor Insights

  • Track retail market trends, shopper behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Review product mix and store performance to identify opportunities.
  • Provide timely insights to internal teams for decision-making.

4. Team Leadership

  • Support recruitment, training, and development of Area Supervisors and Promoters.
  • Motivate teams to improve selling skills and maintain strong performance.
  • Ensure field teams receive proper support, tools, and guidance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-7 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, Store Sales Manager, Retail Operations Sales Supervisor, sales operations, data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields (retail/electronics preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in major consumer electronics environments is a plus and strong business acumen and solid understanding of retail channel operations in Thailand.
  • Experience working with large datasets and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in cross-functional collaboration and reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and PowerPoint.
  • Good English communication skills
