Your Key Responsibilities:
Your Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To
- Drive sales, promotion, and development within designated key accounts within the hospital channel to achieve commercial goals and agreed performance targets.
- Develop and execute customer development strategies and dedicated KAM action plans for assigned accounts ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Lead strategic planning and tactical execution for key accounts, providing input on market analysis, growth potential, and required programs.
- Prepare, negotiate, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance and maximizing commercial value for both Sandoz and the customer.
- Conduct market and competitive intelligence analysis on key accounts and competitors to identify opportunities and risks.
- Organize customer engagement activities, including events and programs, independently or in collaboration with marketing and medical teams, aligned with tactical plans.
- Map and profile key stakeholders, maintain accurate segmentation data, and ensure timely updates in the Sandoz CRM system.
- Ensure operational excellence, including reporting of technical complaints/adverse events within 24 hours, distribution of marketing samples (where applicable), and adherence to compliance standards.
Essential Requirements
What you'll bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 23 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales with prior experience as a Sales Manager or Key Account Manager with focus on the hospital channel is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to engage high-level stakeholders, including hospital committees and health societies, to influence decision-making.
- Experience in nephrology or transplant markets is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated success in developing strategic account plans and executing complex sales initiatives.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with ability to manage long-term partnerships.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in Thai and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
