Job Description

POSITION PURPOSE:

To manage and grow business from key accounts by developing strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and offering suitable Soudal adhesive & sealant product solutions. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and increasing market penetration in the assigned territory.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify, onboard and manage key accounts such as contractors, application partners, distributors, and large institutional customers.

• Drive sales growth by promoting Soudal's adhesive and sealant product range to existing and new customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right technical products and solutions.

• Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and technical support at customer sites.

• Build strong business relationships and maintain regular follow-ups to ensure ongoing business.

• Coordinate with internal teams such as Supply Chain, Technical, Marketing, and Finance to ensure order processing and timely deliveries.

• Track competitor products, pricing, and market trends to develop strategic plans for market expansion.

• Prepare and share weekly/monthly sales reports and account performance updates with the reporting manager.

• Achieve defined sales targets and collection targets, and maintain healthy business profitability.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.

• 6–10 years of experience in sales / key account management, preferably in adhesives, sealants, construction chemicals, building materials, industrial products or related industries.

SKILLS:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Technical understanding of adhesives, sealants, or construction materials (training will be provided if required).

• Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated approach.

• Good proficiency in MS Office

• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
