We're hiring: Key Account Manager (Sports)
Location: Bangkok (Rama 3), Thailand (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for key retail accounts in the sports category to achieve revenue and profit targets
- Own the commercial relationship and negotiations with department store partners, outlet channels, and venue-based locations (e.g., golf clubs)
- Oversee store openings, renovations, and visual merchandising standards across accounts
- Coordinate closely with brand, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure successful new product launches and promotional campaigns
- Monitor sales performance, stock flow, and sell-through rates on a weekly and monthly basis
- Analyze POS data to identify growth opportunities, product gaps, and promotion effectiveness
- Manage PC/BA team collaboration and ensure store-level execution aligns with brand objectives
- Prepare sales forecasts, annual business plans, and periodic performance reviews by partner/channel
- Supervise expense tracking, marketing spend, and ROI on account-level activities
- Conduct regular store visits to audit competitor activity, team performance, and promotional compliance
- Build strong partnerships with external stakeholders and serve as key contact for issue resolution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in key account, retail management, or sport-related commercial roles
- Proven track record in managing department store accounts or multi-door retail operations
- Strong understanding of sales analytics, trade marketing, and retail merchandising
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools
- Knowledge or personal interest in golf, sports equipment, or active lifestyle will be a strong advantage
- Willingness to travel frequently for store visits and partner meetings
- Ownership of personal vehicle is a plus
