Responsible for the sales and marketing of the existing and potential clients in Thailand.
Prepare the annual sales budget and report sales performance.
Develop a strategic business plan including the execution and implementation activities to ensure the achievement of the sales budget.
Set up objectives for the key accounts, develop and maintain a Critical Action Plan so that the appropriate resources are allocated by Takasago Singapore to adequately support the sales efforts.
Implement appropriate pricing strategies so that Gross Profit targets are achieved.
Work closely with the related departments in Takasago and distributor to facilitate the proper and prompt handling of projects, order processing and deliveries to customers.
Manage the activities of the Marketing Department such that the corresponding marketing support developed complements the sales strategies and efforts.
Submit monthly Sales Reports providing updates on the status of the sales performance as well as the progress of projects with the key accounts.
Identify new customers that can be developed as Key Accounts.
Collect market and customer information to enable the proper formulation of strategies and tactics to expand Takasagos business.
Qualifications:
Has at least minimum 5 years of experience in Flavour Sales or Food and beverage industry
