Job Overview

Job Title: Thailand Key Account Sales Director

Report To: Thailand Business Director

Work Location: Based in Bangkok, Thailand; frequent business trips to industrial parks including Rayong, Laem Chabang and nationwide regions in Thailand

Business Scope: Responsible for MRO industrial product centralized procurement, industrial spare parts, electrical hardware, labor protection supplies and equipment supporting procurement. Focus on serving Chinese-funded manufacturing enterprises and local leading industrial clients in Thailand, covering automotive & auto parts, electronic manufacturing, new energy, metallurgy & chemical industry, infrastructure and heavy industry sectors.

Job Responsibilities

1. Regional Sales Strategy & Performance Management

In accordance with the overall strategic layout of JD Industrial in Southeast Asia, formulate annual key account sales strategies, industry development plans and budget breakdowns for the Thailand market. Lead the local sales team to achieve core business indicators including GMV growth, payment collection and benchmark client acquisition. Empower business growth with JD's local pre-warehouse and fulfillment resources, and promote the implementation of one-stop digital industrial procurement solutions (SRM online procurement + localized warehousing and distribution). Focus on exploring high-value clients including Chinese-funded overseas factories and top-tier local manufacturing enterprises, secure annual framework procurement cooperation and large-scale project orders, and build benchmark cooperation cases in Thailand.

2. Full-Lifecycle Key Account Management

Establish and maintain in-depth connections with enterprise decision-makers including factory directors, procurement directors and supply chain leaders. Conduct independent business negotiations in English and Thai, dig into full-scenario MRO procurement demands during enterprise construction and mass production stages, and provide customized digital procurement solutions to increase client procurement share and repurchase rate. Take charge of the full business process including quotation, bidding, contract signing, credit period management and payment collection, control project profitability, and resolve client business disputes and after-sales issues to achieve closed-loop service.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Supply Chain Implementation

Collaborate with JD's domestic product category, supply chain, fulfillment and IT teams. Leverage the JDI digital procurement platform to realize client system docking, product selection, localized stock preparation and efficient warehousing & distribution. Integrate domestic supply resources and local Thai warehouse direct delivery channels to deliver cost-effective procurement solutions for clients.

4. Market Development, Channel Expansion & Team Management

Conduct in-depth research on Thailand's industrial market trends, competitor pricing and industry policies, and deliver regular market analysis reports. Expand local agency channels, industrial park resources and industry association resources to realize incremental business growth. Recruit, train and manage the local sales team, formulate standardized assessment and visiting management mechanisms, and improve the team's industrial product solution sales capability. Participate in industrial exhibitions, park investment activities and chamber of commerce events to build and enhance the brand influence of JD Industrial in Thailand's B2B industrial market.

Job Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

1. Work Experience: 5+ years of B2B industrial key account sales and management experience in the Thailand local market. In-depth experience in automotive manufacturing, electronics, new energy or heavy industry sectors; candidates with MRO centralized procurement and industrial spare parts sales director experience are highly preferred.

2. Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Thai for full business communication, capable of independent business negotiation, contract reading & writing and senior client visitation. Fluent Mandarin is a plus for coordinating with China headquarters.

3. Industry Resources: Possess mature high-quality client resources in Thailand's Chinese-funded factories and local leading manufacturing procurement circles, capable of quickly landing benchmark client cooperation.

Competency Requirements

1. Familiar with local Thai business rules, finance and tax policies, bidding processes and credit period conventions; familiar with the industrial layout of core parks including Rayong, Chonburi and Laem Chabang.

2. Proficient in industrial product categories including hardware, labor protection supplies, electrical equipment, tools and auxiliary equipment; familiarity with digital SRM centralized procurement and JD Industrial's e-commerce business model is preferred.

3. Result-oriented with outstanding team management, project operation and business negotiation capabilities. Able to work under high performance pressure and adapt to frequent nationwide business trips in Thailand.

4. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, International Trade, Marketing or related fields is preferred.
