Job Description

We are looking for Key Account Specialist, Thailand to join our DHL Global Forwarding team!

Position: Key Account Specialist - Japanese Customer

Reports to: Head of Sales and Marketing

Key Tasks: -

  • Executes global/regional sector strategy on country level (as aligned with global sector structure).
  • Manage relationship with Japanese customers majority Sector: Automotive, Computer Components & parts, and Equipment & parts.
  • Target Japanese Customers both Farming and Hunting new Customers.
  • Location in EEC area, Rayong, Chonburi, Chachoengsao and Industrial Estates.
  • Wins, retains and develops Strategic Customers.

Qualifications Requirements: -

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Logistics or any related field.
  • At least 5-10 years experience in Freight Forwarding Business or related fields.
  • Good understanding of sector issues in the global forwarding industry and knowledge of DGF products (AFR/OFR) and business models customer experience.
  • Customer management experience.
  • Ability to identify customer needs by gathering information and building long-term relationships.
  • Well-developed communication and presentation skills.
  • Must communicate in Japanese (Native)
  • Communication in English (Fluent).
