KL COE Lead Financial Analyst

Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and coordinate KL Center of Excellence budget planning, forecasting, and expense monitoring.
• Provide cost status update/feedback weekly to Management / function head / related team, trigger risk and opportunity/assist some finance concern issue.
• Provide Finance analysis/trade off to stakeholders for decision making / Recommendation with high quality and timely manners
• Review and approve Purchase Requisitions, ensuring budget availability and proper cost center allocation.
• Manage month-end financial processes, including accruals for open POs and intercompany billing support.
• Advise on expense transaction adjustments and collaborate with the accounting team on financial matters.
• Monitor and report on significant changes in spending and headcount to management.
• Perform additional finance-related responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting,Finance, MBA (Master of Business Administration) or related field.
• At least 7years experience in Finance or some experience in financial analyst
• Fluent in English & Computer.

PREFERRED:

• Communicate and negotiate with specified objectives
• Independently generate solutions based on analytical skill and business knowledge.
• Oversea Business Trip
