In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, building, and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to create powerful brand partnerships that resonate with diverse audiences. You'll play a key part in shaping our influencer marketing strategy and driving the success of our campaigns.

Your Responsibilities:

• Source & Manage KOCs: Identify and build relationships with KOCs on platforms like TikTok and Instagram. Develop and maintain a cost-effective KOC database
• Drive Collaborations: Negotiate and manage partnerships, guiding KOCs to create authentic content that aligns with brand campaigns and product seeding initiatives
• Execute & Optimize Campaigns: Oversee the collaboration process from briefing to content publication. Analyze performance data (e.g., engagement, conversions) to refine strategies and report on ROI

What We're Looking For:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Strong command of English to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with short video platforms such as TikTok and the local content landscape.
• Previous experience in affiliate marketing, influencer outreach, or KOL partnerships is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to manage creator relationships.
• Basic ability to analyze data and evaluate content performance.
