Key Responsibilities (Scope of Work)

1. Identify, build, and manage relationships with KOLs/KOCs/media partners in Thailand.
2. Establish the booking process: from searching, negotiating, and planning to execution and maintaining long-term KOC partnerships.
3. Execute and monitor booking activities, ensuring timeliness and quality of KOC booking.
4. Manage the booking pipeline, update deal status, and provide regular reports to the Country Manager & Booking Lead.
5. Report and analyze booking performance (revenue, ROI) and propose optimization solutions.

What You'll Need to Succeed

1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in booking, influencer marketing, or partnership management (preferably in a startup or market expansion environment).
3. Strong English communication skills (mandatory).
4. Solid understanding of the influencer/KOL/KOC market in Thailand.
5. Strong skills in communication, negotiation, budget management, and data analysis.
6. Proactive, agile, ambitious, willing to learn, and able to work under pressure.
