Job description:
We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected KOL Executive to manage collaborations with influencers and content creators in the skincare industry. You will be responsible for identifying, liaising, and managing KOL relationships, ensuring timely product postings, and tracking the effectiveness of campaigns based on defined KPIs.
Your Responsibilities:
- Reach out to KOLs that meet brand needs, build alliances, and expand the KOL database.
- Plan and manage influencer campaigns from briefing to execution.
- Ensure deliverables are posted according to agreed timelines and guidelines.
- Maintain high-quality KOLs that have been cooperated with and promote secondary content cooperation.
- Negotiate deals, gifting terms, or paid collaborations.
- Monitor campaign performance using engagement metrics.
- Maintain good relationships with current and potential KOLs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, Malay and English can be used as working languages.
- Strong network of KOLs, especially in the beauty/skincare space.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organization and follow-up abilities.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
