Join our company as an L2 Onsite IT Technician to provide advanced technical support to end users at our customers.
What about your responsibilities
- Support PCs, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and workplace equipment
- Assist with video conferencing systems, monitors, printers, phones, and projectors
- Install, set up, and maintain devices and standard software (Windows, Microsoft 365, iOS)
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Support walk-up IT desks or kiosks, when required
- Asset management
- Handle tickets and requests in ITSM systems
Location: Bangkok (fully onsite)
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of IT experience (or equivalent)Ability to build relationships
- Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and common enterprise applications
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange Online, and identity management
- Familiarity with ticketing system
- Good English
- Communicative and supportive attitude
- Driving license (desirable)
