We are looking for a motivated and detailoriented Lab Engineer to join our team at Thailand Science Park (INC2), Pathum Thani. This role is ideal for recent graduates eager to start careers in chemistry or industrial science, as well as candidates with 12 years of laboratory experienced who is looking for opportunities for career growth and professional development.
As a Lab Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting laboratory operations, conducting experiments, and ensuring safety and accuracy in all procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and conduct laboratory tests and experiments according to established protocols.
- Collect, record, report, and analyze samples with precision.
- Daily maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the laboratory environment.
- Assist in preparation of chemical solutions and reagents.
- Assist with work in Laboratory documentation as required.
- Assist with senior chemists and lab supervisors with ongoing team's projects.
- Waste management according to safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
- Assistance in routine inventory checks and order laboratory supplies, maintaining stocks & consumable.
- Ensure Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), tidiness, and safety always
- Other assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- High Vocational Certificate in Industrial Chemistry or bachelor's degree in chemistry and Related Science field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing or laboratory environments (new graduates welcome).
- Background in PCB (Printed Circuit Board) industry or experience with CVS machines will be given special consideration.
- Basic knowledge of chemical laboratory practices and safety manners with laboratory instruments, chemical safety, and quality control.
- Knowledge or certification in ISO 17025 / quality assurance is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and laboratory software (e.g., Viva, Qualilab).
- Fair to good command of both Thai and English (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to collaborate with internal & external operations teams.
