⚖️ Position: Lawyer – Thailand

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Type: Full-time

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advisory and representation in corporate, commercial, civil, and criminal matters.
• Handle cross-border business setup, contracts, and compliance in Thailand.
• Advise clients on visa, immigration, and regulatory frameworks.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, MoUs, and corporate documentation.
• Collaborate with our international offices to support clients across multiple jurisdictions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized Thai University.
• Licensed to practice law in Thailand (Thai Bar Association).
• 2–5 years’ experience in corporate, company, or litigation practice preferred.
• Strong command of Thai & English (spoken and written).
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
