Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lawyer role based in Bangkok. The Lawyer will advise and represent clients in one or more practice areas, such as corporate and commercial, family, civil and criminal, property and real estate, or immigration law. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients to assess legal needs, drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents, preparing case strategies and legal opinions, and handling filings with courts and government agencies. The role involves conducting legal research, negotiating on behalf of clients, coordinating with colleagues across different offices, and maintaining clear, professional communication with both domestic and international clients. The Lawyer will also help ensure compliance with Thai laws and regulations and contribute to the firm's standards of ethical, high-quality legal service.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Thai law and procedures in relevant practice areas (e.g., corporate and commercial, family, civil and criminal, property, immigration).
• Proficiency in legal research, analysis, and drafting clear, accurate contracts, pleadings, and opinions.
• Effective advocacy, negotiation, and client counseling skills, with sound professional judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively within a multicultural team.
• LL.B. or equivalent law degree; license to practice law in Thailand required.
• Prior experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment in Thailand preferred.
• High ethical standards, attention to detail, and commitment to client-focused service.
