Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of AI Agents and Multi-Agent Systems to drive business automation and productivity.
  • Architect and implement GenAI, LLM, and RAG solutions for enterprise use cases.
  • Define AI architecture, development standards, and best practices across the organization.
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify and deliver high-impact AI initiatives.
  • Lead AI integration with enterprise platforms, applications, and workflows.
  • Mentor and guide AI Engineers, fostering innovation and technical excellence.
  • Ensure AI solutions meet scalability, security, governance, and responsible AI requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
  • 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI, ML, or related disciplines.
  • Experience with token optimization
  • Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and RAG architectures.
  • Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen.
  • Proficiency in Python, APIs, Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and modern software development practices.
  • Proven ability to lead technical projects and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
