Job Description

What Youll Do

  • Leads or drives successful execution of global/regional SBU adhesives projects (ACE, Inno/ADP, etc.), including adhesives product recommendations, customized product applications, new product demonstrations and troubleshooting.
  • Recommend adhesives solutions and perform technical visits (meeting, trials, demonstrations, troubleshooting, audits etc.) for customers with documentation.
  • Proactively partner with Sales to identify, evaluate, uncover new business opportunities and accelerate opportunities conversion
  • Works effectively on SBU and/or Regional specific projects. Lead and coordinate with project team, contribute to project plans and support the team to deliver project goals.
  • Project management and coordination on technical aspects of product application. Is responsible to collaborate closely with global team, accelerate developments and align on key projects and business priorities
  • Works with application equipment and support process optimization to provide solutions to enhance customer processes.
  • Perform the laboratory work (incl. prioritization) for samples coming from customers and report technical results to customers.
  • Communicate technical outcomes effectively, preparing reports and recommendations
  • Deliver product application and/or technical training for customers and internal team
  • Reports quality issues / customers claim to relevant parts of the organization.
  • Responsible for directly communicating with sales, marketing, Innovation, Application Engineering team or project team members.
  • Share knowledge and experiences with team members.
  • Promotes internal SBU Innovations and best learning cross accounts.
  • Respects and promotes the internal Henkel SHEQ rules.
