We are seeking a Lead Automation Engineer (AI Solutions) to join our global business's Data and AI team permanently. You will join one of the Fortune Global 500 Insurance Leaders as they revolutionise their digital services through AI and advanced automation workflows. We are looking for a technical executor to design and implement the connective tissue between AI data platforms and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automation solutions aimed at boosting operational efficiency across various business workflows
- Create data-centric or AI-powered automated workflows to provide technical support for operational teams
- Partner with business leaders to pinpoint automation needs and convert those requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Work with data scientists, engineers, and IT departments to embed automation within current data platforms and apps
- Build and manage the underlying automation scripts, APIs, and orchestration frameworks necessary for seamless operations
- Continually track and refine automated processes to maintain high standards of reliability, speed, and scalability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT-related fields
- Have 4-7 years of professional experience in Automation, RPA, or Data Engineering
- Exposure to machine learning, LLM, or AI solutions implementation
- Hands-on experience working with APIs, workflow automation tools, or orchestration frameworks
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Good communication skills and stakeholder engagement
- Professional proficiency in English
