As part of a major growth initiative, we are seeking a Lead Data Engineer to play a key role in designing and scaling a next-generation enterprise data platform that supports mission-critical applications used by organizations around the world.
This is an opportunity to influence platform architecture, drive engineering best practices, mentor talented engineers, and work with modern technologies including cloud-native infrastructure, real-time data streaming, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance data platforms.
- Architect and build modern data pipelines supporting both batch and real-time processing.
- Drive platform modernization initiatives using cloud and infrastructure-as-code technologies.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders across global teams.
- Champion automation, CI/CD, platform reliability, and engineering excellence.
- Mentor engineers and help develop technical capability across the team.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve platform performance and scalability.
- Lead troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis for complex platform issues.

- Experience with modern data pipelines, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Previous experience mentoring engineers or leading technical teams.
- Ability to work effectively within international and geographically distributed teams.
