The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, generative models, statistical modelling, and data engineering. They will be responsible for end-to-end model development, optimizing data pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business impact.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Scientist to join our IT - AI Minds department as a Senior Manager. The successful candidate will possess 6 to 8 years of experience in developing and deploying advanced AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. This role requires a profound understanding of machine learning, deep learning, generative models, statistical modeling, and data engineering. The Lead Data Scientist will be responsible for the end-to-end development of models, optimizing data pipelines, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive significant business impact. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in MLOps and GenAI Ops, AI/ML models, and have a strong command of Python, SQL, and TensorFlow. Additionally, they should possess excellent business and commercial acumen, entrepreneurship, and a global mindset. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead innovative projects and contribute to the strategic direction of our AI initiatives.

Principal Accountabilities
Design develop and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for various applications including classification regression time series forecasting natural language processing and Generative AI use casesbr Optimize and manage data pipelines to ensure efficient data processing and model performancebr Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate AI solutions into business processes and drive impactful outcomesbr Lead the development and implementation of MLOps and GenAI Ops frameworks to streamline model deployment and monitoringbr Utilize advanced statistical modeling techniques to analyze complex datasets and extract actionable insightsbr Mentor and guide junior data scientists fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learningbr Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AIML technologies and apply them to enhance existing solutionsbr Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards while handling sensitive information
