Job Description Summary
Provide senior technical engineering leadership across both Mechanical and Electrical disciplines at the data centre. Support the Site Manager in delivering the PPM programme, managing shift engineering teams, overseeing OEM and specialist vendor activities, and ensuring the facility operates within Tier III concurrently maintainable standards.

About the role:
- Serve as the on-site technical authority for all M&E critical systems (power, UPS, generators, cooling, fire systems, BMS/EPMS) and ensure compliance with Tier III, ASHRAE, NFPA, and local regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and oversee shift engineering teams while managing permits (PTW, LOTO, MOC) and ensuring safe engineering operations.
- Own and deliver the PPM program, ensuring maintenance is completed on schedule, risk-assessed, and accurately recorded in CMMS/AMS.
- Supervise and sign off vendor/OEM works; develop and approve SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs, including conducting training and dry-runs.
- Support commissioning and asset management activities, maintain AMS accuracy, and drive energy efficiency initiatives (including PUE monitoring).
About You
- At least 8 years of experience in data centres or critical environments.
- Solid M&E background with a degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience leading engineering teams in critical infrastructure settings.
- Hands-on with UPS, generators, chillers, and BMS systems (e.g., Schneider, Eaton, Carrier, Daikin).
- Relevant certifications (Uptime, BICSI, or OEM) are a plus.
- Good English required; Thai skills are an advantage.
