Job Description

At Sabai System, we build AI systems to revolutionize operations. Using the Retool platform and low-code, we deliver exceptional applications fast within 1 day to 1 month. We've launched over +300 AI apps, agents, and automations, serving more than +2,000 users in +16 countries.

Our clients range from startups to large enterprises like LVMH, Pernod Ricard, or Colgate-Palmolive. We're on the lookout for a Lead Generation & Content Specialist to fuel our growth.

  • AI platform to generate recommendations of outlets to visit for sales representatives.

  • AI platform to manage and recommend delivery routes.

  • AI platform to onboard +1000 suppliers data and +100,000 catalog products.


Tasks

  • Lead Research & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients in target industries, building comprehensive prospect lists using various tools and databases.

  • Outbound Outreach: Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate qualified leads and secure first appointments.

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging social media content, blog posts, and marketing materials that showcase our AI solutions and attract potential clients.

  • Lead Qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls to qualify prospects and understand their business needs before scheduling appointments.

  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, pipeline status, and lead progression in our CRM system.

  • Campaign Optimization: Track performance metrics, analyze conversion rates, and continuously optimize outreach strategies.

  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the AI/automation space.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth handoffs and successful client onboarding.


Requirements

  • Qualifications & experience

  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. French & Thai languages are a plus.

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development.

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.

  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, or similar).

  • Strong content creation skills for social media and blog writing.

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.

  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms and automation tools.

  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and buyer personas.

  • Experience with social media management (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).

  • Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.

  • Strong analytical skills to track and optimize campaign performance.

  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
