The Role

Were looking for a performance marketing specialist to take charge of lead generation across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, as well as experiment with other channels. Youll be responsible for both - creating strategy and execution.

That includes crafting your own ad creatives (copy, visuals, even short-form videos) and running experiments on them to get to projected results.

This is a hands-on role with very real impact.

Your work will directly generate high-intent buyer leads and when those leads turn into closed deals, youll not only help people find their homes or perfect investment but also earn performance bonuses on top of your salary. Stick around, and youll unlock:

What Youll Do

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across FB, IG and Google
• Experiment with TikTok, LinkedIn Ads and other
• Create high-converting ad creatives (visuals, videos, copy, the full package)
• Monitor performance, optimize fast, and cut whats not working
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment from ad to closing deals
• Test bold ideas, iterate quickly, and move with urgency

Who You Are

• Youve run paid ads that actually converted, not just drove traffic
• Youre hands-on you build creatives, you own performance
• Youre fluent in English and very comfortable running campaigns in Thai
• You thrive in ambiguity, take initiative, and dont wait for permission
• Youve got a portfolio or examples of campaigns and creatives youve worked on
• Bonus if you already understand property buyers in Thailand (Bangkok, Phuket, etc.)
