Role Description

  • The Lead/Manager – Client Servicing will manage key client accounts, ensuring smooth day-to-day communication, delivery, and satisfaction.
  • This full-time, on-site role in New Delhi involves acting as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives, and translating them into clear briefs for internal teams.
  • The role includes planning and overseeing campaigns, coordinating with creative, and operations teams, and monitoring performance against agreed timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
  • The person in this position will proactively identify, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, prepare and present proposals, and support negotiations to drive revenue growth.
  • Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate documentation, reporting on account health, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to new business pitches and presentations.

Required Skills

  • Strong client-facing capabilities, including Client Services and Client Relations, with a proven ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Demonstrated focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with experience managing expectations and resolving issues promptly.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client presentations, internal coordination, and documentation.
  • Experience in business development, including opportunity identification, proposal creation, and supporting contract discussions.
  • Background in marketing, advertising, or related domains, with an understanding of campaign lifecycle and performance metrics.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead projects end-to-end.
  • Prior experience of working with Corporate Clients is essential

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a client servicing or account management leadership role within an agency or marketing services environment .
