Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Mechanical Engineer, located in Rayong, Thailand. The Lead Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for guiding the design and development of mechanical systems, conducting hands-on machine design and prototyping, and implementing high-quality manufacturing processes. Additional responsibilities will include managing engineering projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to Research and Development (R&D) for innovative engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers and draftsmen
  • Oversee mechanical design, drawings, BOMs, and technical quality
  • Drive in-house machine and product development
  • Deliver mechanical engineering services to European clients
  • Ensure compliance with ISO / EN standards and manufacturability
  • Act as technical interface with international partners

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Mechanical Engineering concepts and applications
  • Strong CAD skills (SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo, or similar)
  • 8+ years of experience in machine or industrial equipment design
  • Experience in Research and Development (R&D) for product innovation
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Experience with fabrication, machining, and welded structures
