About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive our Bancassurance success. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, planning, analyzing, and monitoring operations related to new sales, policy renewals, and after-sales services to ensure targets are met. You will also play a key role in improving personnel potential and optimizing sales support processes for maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Performance & Strategy Management

  • Develop sales plans and supervise both new sales and renewal activities to achieve defined targets.
  • Manage and monitor Leads and customer service processes during and after sales to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor economic situations and analyze competitor marketing activities to formulate company strategies and present them to management.
  • Track competitor product movements and prepare comparative analyses to support product development in collaboration with the marketing support team.

Staff Development & Compliance

  • Oversee training for Bank staff and the Sales Support Team (IS/ISM/TL) to ensure accurate understanding of products, underwriting conditions, and coverage.
  • Ensure the sales and after-sales service processes are conducted efficiently and in strict compliance with Market Conduct regulations.
  • Coach, mentor, and solve problems to increase staff capabilities in line with new technologies and business plans.

Partnership Management & Process Improvement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships between the Company and the Bank.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and the Bank to improve sales and service processes, ensuring seamless standard operations.
  • Participate in determining or developing work standards and procedures for relevant staff.

Resource & Operations Management

  • Control and oversee the preparation of essential tools and equipment (e.g., sales documents, notebooks) for the Sales Support Team.
  • Manage the hiring, contract renewal evaluation, and benefit payments for the Sales Support Team (IS/ISM/TL).
  • Manage operational costs effectively within the approved budget.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Marketing/Sales within the Insurance or Life Insurance industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Management/Administration.
  • Strong leadership with the ability to inspire others to achieve organizational goals.
  • Excellent skills in analysis, planning, supervision, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication.
  • Ability to manage projects and design work processes.
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales in the insurance/life insurance sector.
  • Basic proficiency in English.
  • Mobility: Able to travel off-site to build relationships and attend planning meetings with Bank executives.
