PMO Analyst (Core Banking Transformation)
The Transformation Management Officer (Manager) supports the successful execution of Krungsri's Core Banking Transformation Program by coordinating integrated planning, progress monitoring, dependency tracking, financial control, and governance operations across business, IT, and vendor workstreams.
This role acts as a hands-on transformation coordinator and controller, ensuring that transformation initiatives are executed in line with approved scope, timelines, budget, and governance defined by Krungsri's enterprise transformation framework.
The role focuses on execution discipline, transparency, and early risk visibility, rather than strategic decision ownership.
Job Description / Responsibilities
1. Transformation Governance & Control
· Operate day to day governance of the Core Banking Transformation Program in alignment with Krungsri's ITMC, PMC, and Transformation Steering Committees.
· Prepare consolidated materials for management forums (SteerCo, PMC, ITMC).
· Track and follow up on management decisions, actions, and escalations.
2. Integrated Planning & Dependency Tracking
· Maintain integrated transformation plans covering:
· Core banking system implementation
· Data migration & cutover
· Integration, channels, and downstream systems
· Business readiness activities
· Identify cross stream dependencies and track critical milestones.
· Proactively highlight slippage, conflicts, or sequencing risks to TMO Lead.
3. Financial & Budget Monitoring (Manager Scope)
· Support transformation budgeting, forecast tracking, and cost monitoring in coordination with FP&A.
· Track actual vs approved spend (CapEx / OpEx) at program and workstream levels.
· Flag potential budget variances and financial risks early.
4. Risk, Issue & Change Tracking
· Maintain program RAID logs (Risks, Issues, Assumptions, Dependencies).
· Consolidate risk impacts across business, IT, vendors.
· Support change request tracking and ensure proper governance routing.
5. Executive Reporting & Dashboards
· Prepare consolidated program status reports and dashboards covering:
· Delivery progress
· Key risks and issues
· Financial status
· Resource and capacity concerns
· Translate detailed execution data into clear, management ready insights.
6. Resource & Capacity Coordination
· Coordinate demand vs capacity tracking across business, IT, and vendor teams.
· Support resource utilization analysis and highlight constraints.
· Track key role assignments and transformation workload distribution.
7. Business Readiness & Cutover Support
· Track business readiness activities (process, people, operating model).
· Support migration, cutover, and go live readiness tracking.
· Assist post go live stabilization reporting.
8. Continuous Improvement
· Support enhancement of TMO tools, templates, and reporting standards.
· Leverage automation and data visualization where applicable.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related fields.
· 5–8 years experience in PMO / TMO / Program Management roles.
· Experience supporting large IT or business transformation programs.
· Banking / financial services experience strongly preferred.
· Core banking replacement or major platform transformation exposure is an advantage.
