Job Description
The Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) – Data Center Last Mile leads the end-to-end operational readiness of OCI infrastructure deployments across APAC, from procurement readiness through customer handover. Acting as the central coordination point across Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Center Operations, Network Engineering, Host Operations, Engineering, and Customer Delivery, this role ensures infrastructure is delivered accurately, on schedule, and in accordance with
deployment quality, governance, and customer readiness requirements . The TPM drives governance, process excellence, risk management, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement while enabling predictable, scalable customer delivery.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Last Mile execution from procurement readiness through successful customer handover across APAC.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Rack Integration, Network Operations, Host Operations, Data Center Operations, and Customer Delivery to ensure deployment readiness.
- Establish governance across deployment milestones, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, SLA gaps, and operational bottlenecks before customer commitments are impacted.
- Develop and continuously improve SOPs, operational workflows, and standardized processes that improve scalability, quality, and execution consistency.
- Define, monitor, and report operational KPIs covering infrastructure readiness, deployment performance, customer handover, inventory accuracy, and overall program health.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA), corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve deployment quality and operational efficiency.
- Drive executive reporting, dashboards, and data-driven decision making using advanced Microsoft Excel and enterprise reporting tools.
- Act as the APAC subject matter expert for Last Mile Operations, influencing stakeholders across global organizations without direct authority.
- As a Principal, you will be expected to own end-to-end project delivery, manage multiple customer engagements in parallel, provide functional leadership, mentor consulting teams, and consistently deliver successful customer outcomes aligned with Oracle quality and delivery standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline with 10+ years of experience leading technical infrastructure or cloud deployment programs. Experience within hyperscale cloud, data center operations, infrastructure deployment, or large-scale technology environments is highly desirable. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional programs, operational governance, process improvement, and executive stakeholder management. Strong analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Excel; experience with Oracle ERP, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, DCIM, Power BI, Tableau, or similar enterprise platforms is advantageous.

Role Expectations
The Principal TPM is expected to operate independently as the APAC lead for Last Mile activities for data center infrastructure and build teams, driving operational excellence, customer delivery, and cross-functional execution. Success is measured by the ability to deliver infrastructure on time, improve deployment quality, reduce operational risk, standardize processes, and provide executive visibility into deployment readiness while influencing stakeholders across multiple organizations.
