We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our team.

Design plays a critical role in our products.

With hundreds of millions of users, even small improvements in the experience can impact millions of interactions every day.

We're looking for a Lead Product Designer who will:

  • Help teams make better product decisions;
  • Bring structure to complex product problems;
  • Turn insights and data into clear, intuitive user experiences;

This role sits at the intersection of design, product, and strategy.

Your Main Tasks Will Be

  • Shape product experiences: Design intuitive, high-quality interfaces and flows for large-scale consumer products;
  • Partner with product leadership: Collaborate closely with executives and product leaders to translate strategy into user experiences;
  • Turn data into decisions: Use product metrics, UX research, and analytics to guide design improvements;
  • Build and maintain design systems: Ensure consistency across products using scalable, tokenized design systems;
  • Lead discovery and validation: Conduct and guide user research:
    • interviews
    • usability tests
    • surveys
    • A/B tests
  • Work closely with engineering: Provide clear documentation, design assets, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation;
  • Mentor designers: Support and develop other designers on the team, sharing best practices and raising the overall quality bar;
  • Improve continuously: Measure impact, gather feedback, and refine experiences to improve usability and engagement.
Who You Are

You are a product thinker and a designer.

You're comfortable working with data, ambiguity, and scale, and you care deeply about building experiences that actually work for users.

You Likely Have

  • Strong experience as a Lead Product Designer on B2C products;
  • A track record of working closely with product managers and engineers;
  • Experience using product metrics and UX metrics to guide design decisions;
  • Deep knowledge of user research methods (qualitative and quantitative);
  • Strong skills in Figma and modern design workflows;
  • Experience working with design systems and tokenized components;
  • The ability to produce clear design documentation;
  • Experience working with JIRA and Confluence;
  • Excellent time management and ownership mindset.

Language Requirements

  • English B2+;
  • Russian C1+.
