Location Bangkok, Thailand

This role assists the Manager in partnering with businesses and customers to promote and accelerate innovation for growth. It involves advising departments such as Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Quality Assurance on regulatory matters in Thailand and potentially other APAC countries. The position is responsible for securing product approvals and maintaining regulatory compliance across APAC markets for the entire TTH business. Additionally, it manages regulatory affairs to ensure all operations comply with applicable regulations within Thailand.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the relevant regulations, guidelines, and standards applicable to TTH, and assess the business impact, providing guidance and compliant solutions
  • Promote the regulatory fundamentals and standards of dsm-firmenich
  • Develop and execute regulatory strategies to support business objectives and ensure market access for TTH
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (Food and Drug Administration Thailand Health authorities, FTI, TFA, FIA etc) to align regulatory strategy with overall business objectives
  • Manage the Dossiers preparation for product approval in collaboration with product and project management based on the global regulatory affairs strategies in APAC. Adapt and submit the dossiers to the local authorities in Thailand, follow up on the approval process
  • Support the deployment and implementation of innovation by providing an approval strategy and collaborating with regulatory authorities and government agencies to support product registration and claims substantiation

You bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Genetic Engineering or Biochemistry or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the F&B industry. Experience in Pet food industry will be an advantage
  • Proven track record of successful regulatory submissions and approvals
  • Knowledge on regulations and standards on food, food ingredients, food additives and/or pet food (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in both Thai and English (written and verbal)
